Membership Agreement
Platform membership and usage conditions.
1. Scope
This agreement is concluded electronically between the person using AFFIZOR.COM and the party operating the platform.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to define the terms of membership, the conditions for benefiting from the services, and the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Purpose
Regarding account security and membership, the user accepts that:
- The information provided during registration is accurate and up to date
- The account is personal and cannot be transferred
- The user is responsible for password security
- Transactions made through the account may be deemed to belong to the user
4. Collection Method and Legal Basis
The platform may provide digital content, training panels, AI tools, product ideas, and related digital services depending on the selected plan.
5. Transfer
For paid plans, the user accepts that:
- Some features are available only in paid plans
- Plans may be time-limited or quota-limited
- Access may be restricted when time or quota ends
- The scope of service is limited to the details specified in the plan
6. Rights
While using the platform, the user agrees to comply with the following rules:
- Not to use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Not to abuse the system
- Not to perform actions that may damage the infrastructure
- Not to attempt unauthorized access
- Not to violate the rights of other users
7. Retention / Duration
The platform design, software, texts, training structure, brand elements, and system components are protected under intellectual property law.
8. Responsibility / Contact
The platform owner reserves the right to change the scope of service, prices, plan structure, content, and technical features.
9. Effectiveness
If the user acts contrary to the agreement, the membership may be suspended, limited, or terminated.
10. Limitation of Liability
The platform provides a digital support system. No guarantee is given regarding income, sales, views, commercial success, or performance.
11. Evidential Nature
The parties accept that system records, logs, database records, and electronic outputs may constitute evidence in disputes.
12. Acceptance
The user is deemed to have read and accepted this agreement once membership is created.
